Very safe. We protect your account and all our in-platform transactions are done via Stripe, which is a globally trusted payment processor that uses advanced encryption and security standards to protect every transaction.
Is Audio Marketplace free? for real?
Yes! We believe high-quality audio equipment should be shared and traded freely within the community. In the future we plan to have premium listings so these are featured on the homepage. Every other standard listing is free.
How do payments work?
Whether you prefer to connect directly with a seller or complete your purchase through our secure Stripe-powered payment system, our platform supports both approaches. You can find out more about how it works here.
How do I work out which listing type I need?
We offer 6 types of listing types. These are flexible depending on the amount of items you have in stock and/or if you want to liaise directly with a seller/buyer. You can find out more about our listing types here.
Do I need to give my full address when creating a listing?
No. The location fields allow your listing to have a map, so your buyers can have a simple idea of where the item is located. Using your suburb and state is enough.
