All SGR products are shipped via special arrangements that will include insurance. We will contact you with the associated costs after the order has been processed, packed and weighed.

Australian Orders: 

Shipping is FREE to all major cities in Australia.  Remote areas will be charged a shipping fee, we will contact you with the associated costs after the order has been processed, packed and weighed.

Audiomarketplace will not take any responsibility for goods that are damaged during transit.  All goods are insured up to $1,500 total value.  Do not sign for any items that are damaged, if you are not happy with the condition of the goods when they arrive, let the driver know.  Please see Fastway's Conditions of Carriage for more information.

If you are not going to be home when the order is delivered, you can either choose another shipping address or fill in an Authority to Leave Form and fax it to (03) 9038 4438.

New Zealand Orders

Shipping to NZ will be via Australia Post or TNT.

International Orders:
